Why Buyers Only?
Because Buyers need the most help.
Did you know BC law prohibits listing agents from assisting buyers with their purchases? Other REALTORs have to choose sides in every transaction.
A REALTOR who works both sides of the fence, may need to drop you as a client in the middle of a transaction because of previous agency relationships.
So I chose sides.
